Thomas focuses his practice on labor and employment matters. He regularly appears on behalf of clients in state and federal courts and has served as first chair in multiple successful jury trials. Thomas also has experience handling insurance defense issues and commercial litigation matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
Thomas previously worked for a labor and employment firm in Warren, NJ, where he served as the firm’s Campaign Finance/Pay-to-Play Compliance Officer and directed the summer associate program. While at the firm, his cases were profiled in the The New Jersey Law Journal and The Star-Ledger.
Prior to entering private practice, Thomas served as a law clerk for The Honorable Glenn R. Wenzel, J.S.C. (Ret.) of the New Jersey Superior Court, as a summer law clerk for The Honorable Lucindo Suarez of the New York Supreme Court and as a summer intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. While in law school, he also served as a research assistant in the Office of the Dean.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Thomas volunteers his time to several civic and community organizations. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Adult School of the Chathams, Madison, and Florham Park. He formerly served as a member of the Board of Adjustment in Chatham Township.
