Timothy represents clients and lenders in a wide array of real estate matters, including extension of commercial credit facilities for real estate acquisitions, financing ground-up construction and tenant improvements, acquiring businesses through asset purchases and stock purchases and refinancing debt and purchasing machinery and equipment. He also assists clients and lenders with loan documentation, eligibility determinations and closing issues.
In addition, he has also represented certified development companies, lenders and borrowers to ensure compliance and eligibility of loan submissions and closings under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 and 7(a) Loan Programs.
Timothy is also experienced in representing mortgage banking clients in commercial real estate lending. He is fluent in originating, selling and servicing loan transactions sold to secondary market investors, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Prior to joining Fox, Timothy was an attorney for an East Coast-based firm and a local Philadelphia firm.
During law school, Timothy was a judicial extern to the Honorable Matthew D. Carrafiello of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust.
Before his practice of law, Timothy was a client support analyst at IMS Health, a health care information services and technology company.
