An experienced trial attorney, Tressie handles a wide range of complex general and commercial litigation and insurance defense matters. She has significant experience representing clients in both state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums.
As a private pilot with deep roots in the aviation industry, Tressie also represents clients in a variety of aviation-related matters involving general business and commercial litigation as well as insurance defense. She has a particular focus on aviation commercial litigation, aviation accident litigation, aircraft product liability litigation, and general business aviation issues and contract disputes.
Tressie is a dedicated advocate for her clients who believes in establishing long-term relationships that position her to provide strategic and preventative guidance. She offers cost-effective services to clients ranging from startups to insurers to Fortune 500 companies.

A native Texan, Tressie was an associate at David & Goodman, P.C., prior to joining Fox Rothschild.
She previously worked for seven years practicing aviation law at a Texas law firm.
Prior to attending law school, Tressie worked full time in hotel management to help finance her college education.

Tressie is a private pilot who grew up in a family with deep roots in aviation. She is also an animal lover and an avid supporter of animal rescue.
