Biography

Trish oversees the firm's marketing and business development function. With more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, she serves as a strategic adviser to firm leadership and individual attorneys on best practices involving business development, brand-building initiatives, media and community relations, communications and marketing.

She collaborates extensively with the Legal Recruiting, Human Resources and Professional Development departments to identify, adopt and implement best practices for lateral orientation and integration and business development strategy and support. She supervises a team of business development managers who support and coach attorneys in their client development efforts.
