Biography

Trudy represents clients in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital raising transactions and commercial contract negotiations. She represents investors and emerging companies in the financial technology, entertainment, manufacturing and professional services, design and real estate industries on a variety of complex transactional matters.

Trudy also provides legal and strategic advice to startups on formation, financing and governance. She has also represented private and public companies, secured lenders and creditors’ committees in both in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Trudy was an attorney at a major international law firm in Washington, DC and at a boutique international law firm in Los Angeles. While in law school, Trudy served as executive editor for the Journal of Business Law and was the founder and instructor of Work It! Hip Hop Aerobics Studio. Before law school, Trudy worked at a custom wedding gown shop.
