Biography

Trudy represents clients in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings and commercial contract negotiations. She also provides legal and strategic advice to emerging companies on formation, financing and governance matters.

Trudy has experience representing clients across a number of industries, including the banking, real estate, fashion, food and beverage, energy, health care, shipbuilding and homebuilding industries. She has also represented private and public companies, secured lenders and creditors’ committees in both in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Trudy was an attorney at a major international law firm in Washington, DC and at a boutique international law firm in Los Angeles. While in law school, Trudy served as executive editor for the Journal of Business Law and was the founder and instructor of Work It! Hip Hop Aerobics Studio. Before law school, Trudy worked at a custom wedding gown shop.
