Biography

Victoria handles a broad array of litigation matters, including commercial civil litigation, contract disputes and consumer fraud actions.

Before Fox Rothschild

Victoria started at Fox as a summer associate. Prior to joining the firm, Victoria was a judicial intern to the Honorable Michael A. Shipp of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and a law clerk for a firm in Newark, New Jersey. Victoria also participated in the Congressional Black Caucus Emerging Leaders Internship, where she served as a congressional intern with U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill.

During law school, Victoria was symposium editor of the Rutgers Business Law Review and second place winner of the 2016 Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition. She also served as a student attorney in Rutgers Law School’s Civil Justice Clinic and as a teaching instructor to first-year law students.  Additionally, Victoria was the national moot court director for the National Black Law Students Association.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Victoria volunteered with the Legal Outreach Program, serving as a mock trial coach to middle school students in Newark, New Jersey.
