Zach represents clients in a variety of civil litigation disputes in federal and state court and before arbitral tribunals. He also handles regulatory matters, including providing antitrust advice in connection with a variety of domestic and international transactions, aiding in obtaining pre-merger clearances under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and advocating on behalf of clients in meetings with the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Zach was an attorney in the Washington, DC office of a global law firm where he was actively involved in the attorney recruiting process for both summer and lateral associate candidates and represented approximately 50 DC associates while serving on the Firm Committee. He also participated in the firms mentoring program and mentored summer, first-year and lateral associates.

During law school, Zach was an extern in the Washington, DC office of a Philadelphia-based global law firm. He also served on the editorial board of the Catholic University Law Review.

  • Defended a leading American brewer in litigation brought by a former supplier alleging misappropriation of trade secrets.
  • Counsel for a multinational technology company in its $8.5 billion acquisition of a video communication technology/social networking company.
  • Served as pro bono counsel for a Naval officer in a breach of property management agreement case.
