Kyle’s practice involves the representation of individuals, business entities, and school districts in a wide variety of management, labor, governance, and personal issues.

In his school law practice, Kyle advises clients regarding day-to-day operations and the application and applicability of various federal and state laws to the practices of the school districts. He represents clients in assorted administrative and court hearings, including:
- employment grievances and termination
- policy generation, review, and implementation
- special education advice and litigation
Kyle's business law practice involves advising his corporate clients on matters ranging from formation through daily business, growth, mergers, and employment issues. This often involves resolution of management and compensation questions. His business representations include:
- governance and employment contracts
- merger, acquisition, and sale of businesses
- disputes with other entities
- real estate transactions
Kyle has also represented clients in criminal matters ranging from accusations of summary violations to capital murder. This has involved the planning and preparation for each stage of litigation.
Before Fox Rothschild
Kyle previously served in the Delaware County Public Defender’s Office as a criminal litigator. As a sole practitioner, he handled commercial matters, domestic relations disputes, real estate transactions and litigation, and personal injury representation. Most recently, Kyle was associated with a firm in Norristown, PA, with similar practice areas.

Kyle served as president of the Wallingford-Swarthmore Board of School Directors. He also served as solicitor for the Ohev Shalom Synagogue Board of Directors, and was a member of the regional board for the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia - Delaware County.
