Fox Rothschild LLP Web Accessibility Policy
Fox Rothschild LLP (the “Firm”) is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of the Firm’s websites (e.g., foxrothschild.com), and all of the Firm’s intranet sites (collectively, the “Firm Sites”) for all people with disabilities. The Firm continuously tests new and existing portions of the Firm Sites to identify usability issues and otherwise improve accessibility to the Firm Sites.
This Web Accessibility Policy (the “Policy”) indicates that the Firm has undertaken, and continues to undertake, reasonable efforts to ensure that the applicable pages on all of the Firm Sites meet the standards set forth by the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA). This Policy is available on all of the Firm’s applicable web pages.
The Firm trains employees on the appropriate accessibility standards to ensure that the goals and standards set forth in this Policy are implemented and maintained correctly.
The Firm is committed to improving any areas of the Firm Sites that do not comply with WCAG 2.0 AA and welcomes any feedback or recommendations. If a visitor to one of the Firm Sites determines that a web page does not meet the goals and standards set forth in this Policy, the Firm will promptly undertake reasonable efforts to conform such web page, or provide an equally effective alternative. An equally effective alternative means that such alternative shall communicate the same information and provide the equivalent function(s) as found on the web page.
