Adam represents clients in state and federal court in a range of commercial and employment litigation matters, including breaches of contract, business torts, disputes arising out of restrictive covenants, employment discrimination matters and various real estate disputes.
Adam also has experience in handling a broad range of real estate matters including zoning and land use approvals. Adam also assists clients in obtaining tax credits from various agencies in New Jersey. Among the matters Adam has handled, he has:
- Assisted one of North America’s leading vinyl and aluminum fencing manufacturers obtain a $29.8 million Grow New Jersey Tax Credit award for the redevelopment of a 415,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
- Assisted a molecular diagnostics company obtain a $7.45 million Grow New Jersey Tax Credit award for the relocation of a federally compliant laboratory facility.
As a member of the firm's Cannabis Law Practice group, Adam advises businesses entering the legalized marijuana market on regulatory, employment and litigation matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
Adam was a summer associate at Fox Rothschild and served as a co-op legal intern at Comcast. He is also a former judicial intern for Honorable R. Barclay Surrick of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
While in law school, Adam was an associate editor of Drexel Law Review. He also participated in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, teaching constitutional law to students at South Philadelphia High School to prepare them for a city-wide moot court competition.
Prior to his practice of law, Adam was a manager of lead generation for RainKing Software, conducting research and gathering leads for the sales department of the growing IT company located in Bethesda, Maryland. In college, Adam was a member of the varsity football team.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Adam is member of the Board of Trustees for the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children of Atlantic and Cape May Counties. CASA is an organization that trains volunteers to speak on behalf of abused and neglected children in the foster care system and that works to ensure that these children are placed in safe permanent homes as quickly as possible.
In his free time, Adam enjoys surfing, fishing and weight lifting. Adam lives in Ventnor with his wife and son, and their dog, Rosey.
