Adam serves as a chair of the firm’s Fiduciary Litigation Group and previously served as the Managing Partner of the firm’s Warrington office and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Adam represents corporate and individual fiduciaries in estate and fiduciary litigation matters throughout Pennsylvania. He handles matters involving disputes over estate administration, powers of attorney, guardianships, trusts, fee and commission disputes and nonprofit/charitable litigation. Adam has served as court-appointed guardian ad litem in both charitable and non-charitable estates and trusts, and has presented as a panelist on Orphans’ Court practice and developments at various bar association and Pennsylvania Bar Institute seminars.
Adam is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association’s Orphans’ Court Section and Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and has served on the Pennsylvania Bar Association Section’s Council.
He also has extensive experience litigating matters involving sureties, trade secrets, restrictive covenants and commercial lease disputes.

In law school at American University, Adam graduated with highest honors and was inducted as a member of the Washington College of Law Honor Society.

Adam is a council member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law.
