A member of the firm's Taxation & Wealth Planning Department, Adam focuses his practice on the federal, state, and international tax aspects of acquisitions, dispositions and internal restructurings. Adam also has experience with tax controversies, including administrative audits and appeals, and matters before the U.S. Tax Court.

Before Fox Rothschild

Adam was previously an attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Passthroughs and Special Industries Division. Prior to that he was a senior associate in the mergers and acquisitions tax group of a Big Four accounting firm and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Andrea L. Rocanelli of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware.

During law school, Adam worked as an extern at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Large Business and International Division. He also completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Christopher S. Sontchi of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
