Alaina assists clients with a wide range of taxation and wealth planning matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining the firm, Alaina was a summer associate at Riddell Williams P.S. She also previously worked as a law clerk in the Washington State Office of the Attorney General in the Labor and Industries Division. There, as a member of the complex litigation team, she assisted with civil litigation involving violations of the Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act. Alaina also previously worked as an inside sales representative at Amazon.
During law school, Alaina served as chief articles editor for the Washington Law Review. She was also involved in the university's Women's Law Caucus and served as co-president of the Law & Business Association.
As an undergraduate student, Alaina was a clerk for a full-service civil law firm in Bend, Oregon.
