Alex represents clients in all stages of business litigation, from pre-suit advice through trial and appeal. He also represents clients in a variety of commercial disputes and represents employers in labor and employment matters before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies.  

Representative Matters

  • Member of trial team that obtained the first known jury verdict in the United States in favor of a railroad against a manufacturer seeking contribution for injuries sustained by the railroad’s employees due to the manufacturer’s defective product.
  • Member of trial team defending corporation in a multimillion-dollar litigation stemming from various employment-related claims, including aiding and abetting breach of restrictive covenant agreement and misappropriation of trade secrets.
  • Obtained summary judgment for medical device company defending against claims for statutory violations brought by former independent sales representative.

Prior to joining Fox, Alex was an associate at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP. Before that, Alex was an associate at a mid-size firm in Philadelphia.

While in law school, Alex was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal.
