Allison represents clients in a wide range of business disputes, with a particular focus on employment matters.

She advises and defends employers in employment-related matters, including claims of discrimination and retaliation wage-and-hour litigation, workplace safety and whistleblower matters.

Allison is also experienced in litigating business and financial matters involving securities and corporate governance, commercial leasing, contracts, trust and estate disputes and breach of fiduciary duty claims.

Her experience includes a nine-day jury trial in federal court that resulted in a victory on liability issues in a trademark case, as well as appeals before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Ninth Circuit.

Prior to joining Fox, Allison was a judicial law clerk for Justice Barry T. Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court.

During law school, Allison was a student advocate in the S.D.N.Y. Representation in Mediation Practicum and the Investor Advocacy Project clinical programs. She also served as Business Editor and Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.

In addition, she was a summer associate at Fox as well as an intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a judicial intern to U.S. District Judge James Knoll Gardner of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and a volunteer at The New Jersey Crime Victims’ Law Center.
