A member of the firm's Litigation Department, Allyson handles a broad range of matters. She has experience representing clients such as manufacturers, premises defendants, contractors and retailers throughout Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina in litigation involving alleged asbestos, talc, silica, and benzene exposure.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Allyson was an associate at a Greenville-based law firm. She also served as a law clerk to Chief Judge James E. Lockemy of the South Carolina Court of Appeals and a staff attorney in the court's Staff Attorneys Office.
During law school, Allyson worked as an intern in the legal department of The South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff and as a summer associate at a Greenville-based law firm. She was also a member of the Moot Court Bar, the Mock Trial Bar, and the Order of the Barristers at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
