Biography

Andréa has experience in a wide range of commercial and civil litigation. She handles matters related to employment, discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) actions and commercial and insurance litigation. She has appeared before various Chicago-based agencies and in Illinois state and federal courts. Andréa is a candidate for the July 2018 Texas bar exam.  Pending admission to the Texas bar, Andréa represents clients in Texas solely on issues or matters of federal law.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining the firm, Andréa was an associate attorney at two Chicago law firms. While in law school, she worked as a student attorney in the Felony Trial Division and the Domestic Violence "TAC" Division of the Cook County State Attorney's Office. Andréa also served as a law clerk for a full-service civil litigation law firm in Chicago.

Prior to attending law school, Andréa worked in business development for one of the largest heavy civil contractors in North Texas. 

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Andréa previously volunteered at the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic in Chicago. 

Andréa is a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Accredited Attorney. She assists with pro bono initiatives for veterans, police officers and first responders, including having worked with the Wills for Heroes Foundation.
