Biography

A member of the firm's Taxation & Wealth Planning department, Ashley focuses her practice on state and federal tax controversy matters, representing clients in IRS appeals, audits and refund claims.

Ashley also has experience representing small to mid-sized businesses in innocent spouse claims, trust fund recovery penalties, employment taxes and offers in compromise matters.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Ashley was an associate at a Atlanta law firm. She was previously a member of the Phillip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she provided representation to low-income clients in conflicts with the IRS. Ashley also served as a law clerk at a general practice law firm in Atlanta.

During law school, she was a legal intern to Fulton County Superior Court Judge John J. Goger and a graduate research assistant at the Phillip C. Cook Low Income Taxpayer Clinic.
