An experienced employee benefits and compensation planning attorney, Brad advises clients on designing and implementing fringe benefit programs, including pension plans, health and welfare benefits, qualified retirement plans, executive compensation programs as well as benefits compliance and fiduciary issues under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
As the firm’s Minneapolis Office Managing Partner, Brad oversees and manages the day-to-day office operations in addition to serving on Fox’s Executive Committee, which sets overall firm policy.

Prior to joining Fox, Brad served as managing partner of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP.
While in law school, Brad was a member of the Order of the Coif.
