An experienced employee benefits and compensation planning attorney, Brad advises clients on designing and implementing fringe benefit programs, including pension plans, health and welfare benefits, qualified retirement plans, executive compensation programs as well as benefits compliance and fiduciary issues under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
Brad is the former Minneapolis Office Managing Partner and is a former member of the firm's Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Fox, Brad served as managing partner of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP.
While in law school, Brad was a member of the Order of the Coif.
