Biography

Brandon is a skilled litigator who handles complex commercial disputes across the country. He currently assists clients ranging from a Fortune 50 health care company to individuals on matters involving corporate fiduciary duties, contracts and insurance coverage.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Brandon is a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. As a Reserve Judge Advocate, Brandon provides soldiers with legal assistance at the 153rd Legal Operations Detachment in Horsham, Pennsylvania. He also serves as the unit’s Physical Readiness Training Officer and Family Readiness Group Officer.

Before Fox Rothschild

Brandon worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James M. Munley of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and to the Honorable James A. Gibbons of the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas.

While clerking, Brandon served as a board member of the Lackawanna Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division and volunteered as an English as a Second Language tutor for the Scranton Council of Literacy Advance.

During law school, Brandon was a staff editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. He also worked as a certified legal intern for Neighborhood Legal Services Association in Pittsburgh, where he represented indigent clients in claims involving unemployment compensation, criminal record expungement, landlord/tenant disputes and other civil matters.

As an undergraduate, Brandon worked as a teaching assistant for the Penn State Economics Department. He also studied abroad in Rome, Italy, where he taught middle school English.
