Bridget represents owners, developers and lenders in complex real estate matters, with a particular focus on commercial, mixed-use and multifamily residential development and redevelopment projects, and the representation of institutional and private lenders in financing transactions.
She counsels clients on the acquisition, sale and lease of commercial and multifamily residential real estate. Owners and developers rely on Bridget to secure financing, navigate state and local development reviews and obtain zoning, environmental and other land development permits and approvals for a variety of commercial and residential projects. She also assists clients in identifying and obtaining tax incentives in connection with such projects. Bridget has a range of experience in handling zoning and other real estate related litigation matters. She also advises private and institutional lenders in a broad range of financing transactions for multifamily and commercial property in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Bridget was a law clerk to the Honorable Julio L. Mendez, Assignment Judge for the Atlantic and Cape May County Vicinage, where she worked on a variety of complex civil litigation matters including challenges to governmental actions and zoning matters.
While in law school, Bridget was a law clerk for an Atlantic City, NJ-based law firm and a legal intern to the Honorable Timothy J. Savage of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before that, Bridget worked in human resources training and employee development at a New Jersey-based bank.
