Bryan is a bankruptcy and insolvency litigator with a particular depth of experience in handling commercial creditor’s rights before the state and federal courts in Alabama and Georgia.

He also has a general litigation practice, with representations that span a number of legal areas, including:

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Bryan was a shareholder of a boutique, Atlanta-based law firm. 

During law school, Bryan held a series of internships with federal bankruptcy court and district court judges, including:  U.S. Bankruptcy Judge John T. Laney of the Middle District of Georgia; U.S. District Judge Duross Fitzpatrick of the Middle District of Georgia; U.S. District Judge Sharon L. Blackburn of the Northern District of Alabama; and U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Tamara O. Mitchell of the Northern District of Alabama.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Bryan believes strongly in giving back to the community. He is active with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation where he assists indigent members of the community navigate in a variety of civil matters.

His pro bono successes include: landlord-tenant disputes; traffic violations and license reinstatement; defense of a homeowner wrongfully sued by homeowner’s association; and expunging a criminal record.
