Litigation Paralegal

Chicago – 321 N. Clark; Chicago – 353 N. Clark

Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Chicago office for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in the Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in all aspects of Litigation, including, but not limited to: tracking and maintaining case related dates and information including calendaring; extensive document and database management including overseeing electronic document collections, analyzing and culling data, and overall collaboration with internal and external resources including other internal eTech personnel to conduct review and production of material; prepare and finalize deposition, hearing, and trial exhibits; assist with drafting, proof-reading, editing and filing court documents; and assisting with pre, during and post-trial preparations.  Working knowledge of Relativity is required. The ability to handle multiple responsibilities of case management in a fast-paced team environment as well as proficiency with the MS office suite, familiarity with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is desired; will also consider Associate's degree; a paralegal certificate and eight years of experience; or 15 years of comparable work experience.

Real Estate Paralegal

West Palm Beach, FL

Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the West Palm Beach office for a paralegal in the Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial and residential real estate experience. Experience with title and survey review, preparation of title objection letters, preparation of closing instruction letters, preparation of closing checklists, preparation of contract timelines, working with title companies, including the ordering and issuance of title commitments, policies, and closing documents; drafting leases, loan transactions, acquisition and disposition of real estate property, drafting and reviewing contracts and drafting closing documents is required.  Experience in forming corporations and LLCs. Experience with FIRPTA and FinCen filings and Section 1031 Exchanges desirable.  Must be detail oriented and possess excellent writing, communication, organizational and computer skills including fluidity with the Microsoft Suite. Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or paralegal certificate preferred.
