Join us for an overview of one of the hottest potential sources of funding – EB-5 Regional Center funding, which facilitates capitalization of projects through investments made by foreign nationals as a path toward obtaining U.S. permanent residence. We'll review the immigration issues and requirements and provide an overview of relevant corporate and securities laws applicable within the EB-5 Regional Center program, as well as highlight a general financial model used under the program.
