Charley represents developers, landowners, lenders, purchasers and other clients in all aspects of land use and zoning. This includes analyzing development potential and zoning requirements for particular sites, preparing and negotiating discretionary applications with City agencies and defending projects from litigation challenging their approval.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Charley was an associate in the New York office of a global law firm.
Immediately after law school, he served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Jorge Solis of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and to Judge Catharina Haynes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Charley was also the associate notes editor of the Texas Law Review.
