Chipo is an experienced patent and intellectual property attorney with a background in chemical engineering.
She drafts and prosecutes domestic and foreign patent applications, counsels clients on patent and trademark matters, prepares patent-related opinions and agreements, and assists clients with a full range of other intellectual property matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
Chipo has significant experience in both corporate and law firm settings. She served as Counsel in the Trenton office of a Mid-Atlantic law firm and was a solo practitioner, providing counseling and legal services to clients on matters regarding intellectual property, estate planning and small business matters. Chipo started her career at Rohm and Haas Company, which was acquired by Dow Chemical Company, working first as a process engineer and later as a patent attorney. She has also worked as a freelance writer, researching, editing and writing medical, scientific and legal documents.

Chipo has served as the Diversity Committee Chair on the Board of Governors for the Benjamin Franklin American Inn of Court, secretary of the Langhorne Borough Business Association and secretary/treasurer of the Women Lawyers Division of the Bucks County Bar Association. She is a member of the Villa Joseph Marie High School Board of Directors where she volunteers on the Educational Programming Committee and previously served on the board of the New Century Trust.
Chipo is an avid reader, a competitive tennis player and enjoys international travel.
