Biography

A member of the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department, Christine is well versed in assessing the business and corporate tax implications of international and domestic transactions. She also has experience resolving federal and state tax audits, controversies and appeals.

Admitted to practice in Florida, New Jersey and New York. Not admitted to Georgia, but being supervised by a licensed Georgia Bar member. 

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Christine worked as a senior tax attorney for one of the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas companies. She also worked for the New York State Department of Financial Services, Enforcement Division, as an attorney by appointment of Gov. Andrew Cuomo. During law school, Christine was a legal intern for the Securities and Exchange Commission, the New York County District Attorney's Office and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
