Chris represents a broad range of clients, including owners, developers, real estate funds, and financial institutions. He has extensive experience in acquisitions and sales, commercial mortgage, mezzanine and construction financings, debt restructurings, joint ventures, development and construction projects and commercial leasing. He also regularly advises clients with respect to realty transfer taxes and the restructuring of real property holdings.
Chris has been recognized for his reputation among clients and in the industry by Chambers USA, which noted him as a leading real estate attorney in New Jersey.

Chris began his legal career at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and most recently was a partner at Day Pitney LLP. A Certified Public Accountant (license inactive), Chris worked for Coopers & Lybrand LLP prior to attending law school.
During law school, Chris was a member of the Rutgers Law Review.
