Ciera handles a broad array of litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, data privacy and security, business agreements and compliance matters. Ciera also advises clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Ciera worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Julio L. Mendez,  Assignment Judge for Atlantic and Cape May counties, New Jersey Superior Court. She was also an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of a national law firm. 

Ciera worked as a legal intern at Grady Memorial Hospital, The Keenan Law Firm and H.J. Russell Construction, all based in Atlanta. 

As a law student, Ciera served as vice president of community outreach for Emory University Law School's Student Bar Association and Director of Intra-School Competitions for the Emory Moot Court Society. She was also a member of the law school's Health Law Society and Black Law Students Association. 

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Ciera is deeply involved with the Atlantic City Chapter of the NAACP, where she serves as Chair of the Education Committee and focuses her efforts on promoting quality education initiatives in the surrounding area. She was honored at the 2019 Black Girls Rock (Jersey Style) Awards by the In My C.A.R.E. Mentoring Program for her commitment to success and serving the community.
