Ron Williams was quoted in the Law360 article "Condo Group Snags $5M Jury Award Over Building Defects." While the full text can be found in the June 26, 2013, issue of Law360, a synopsis is noted below.

A Pennsylvania state court awarded a condominium association $5.05 million in damages in a case against the developers and engineers of its building. The association had alleged the developers and engineers committed violations of the Uniform Condominium Act and misrepresented the building’s structural integrity.

“It’s a huge victory for consumers who own condos in the county of Philadelphia,” Ron Williams said. “They do have rights under the UCA and juries are willing to recognize those rights.”
