Fox’s Ronald Williams To Co-Chair Trial Practices Subcommittee of ABA’s Construction Litigation Committee

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Ronald L. Williams, a partner in the Litigation Department has been appointed co-chair of the Trial Practices Subcommittee on the American Bar Association’s Construction Litigation Committee.

The Construction Litigation Committee brings together more than 2,100 construction litigators from diverse backgrounds, levels of experience, practices, and geographical areas.

As co-chair, Williams will focus on developing resources — articles, programs, Sound Advice recordings — on litigation and trial practice involving construction practice issues. He will also address specific trial topics and techniques common in construction litigation including delay disputes, termination disputes, payment issues, and defects.

Williams serves as co-chair of Fox’s Construction Law Group and focuses his practice on construction litigation and negotiating construction contracts. He regularly litigates in state and federal courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration. His experience includes construction and renovation projects for entertainment complexes, sports stadiums, hotels, malls, senior care facilities, surgical centers, office complexes, historical buildings, and schools and universities, among other facilities.

Builders and developers turn to Williams for defense in construction defect cases involving structural components, product performance issues, water penetration and mold, insurance coverage issues and claims for property and personal injury loss.

Williams earned his J.D. from Temple University School of Law and his B.A. from Georgetown University.
