Corinne is a trial attorney whose experience spans a variety of complex, high-stakes business and estate litigation. 

She regularly appears before the New Jersey state and federal courts and the State of New Jersey’s Office of Administrative Law, as both lead and local counsel. Corinne also has extensive experience in appellate matters in cases concerning business disputes, municipal appeals, administrative and regulatory appeals and family law matters.

Working closely with her clients to achieve their strategic business goals, Corinne brings together key professionals to navigate crises and significant challenges. She manages emergent, multi-disciplinary efforts in response to business issues and catastrophic events.

Corinne represents and advises clients in the pharmaceutical, oil, transportation, real estate, construction, commercial banking, legal services, insurance and funeral services industries, in all aspects of litigation, appeal and administrative action.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Corinne was an associate at an East coast-based law firm, where she was a member of the firm’s Associates Committee, Technology Committee and Cybersecurity Committee. She also previously worked as a judicial clerk from 2008 to 2011 for Chief U.S. District Judge Garrett E. Brown, Jr., in the District of New Jersey and from 2007 to 2008 as a judicial clerk to Judge Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

While in law school, Corinne held internships in the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, Appellate Section, as well as judicial internships with Judge Thomas R. Vena in the Superior Court, Essex County, Criminal Division, and U.S. District Judge Dennis M. Cavanaugh in the District of New Jersey.

Additionally, Corinne was an intern with Seton Hall University School of Law’s Juvenile Justice Clinic, where she appeared in family court in defense of juvenile offenders. She was chair of the school’s Public Interest Auction and served as senior notes editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Corinne is very active in New Jersey’s legal community. She is the current Vice Chair and a former Trustee of the Women in the Profession Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and has been the Chair of the Federal Practice and Procedure Section, as well. She is a Trustee of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey, a Trustee of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (TANJ), and serves as a Master of the Lifland Inn of Court, a federal practice and intellectual property Inn.

She has also served on various Committees of the Monmouth County Bar Association, including the Professionalism Committee, the Employment Committee, the Diversity Committee and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.

Corinne is dedicated to her Jersey Shore community, where she is President of the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce, a regional chamber of commerce and one of the largest in the State. She also serves as Chairperson of the Planning Board for the Borough of Brielle.
