Jeffrey Sultanik Honored By Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Jeffrey T. Sultanik received the prestigious President’s Award from the Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators (PASPA).

The award was given in recognition of his “outstanding service to PASPA, to the profession and to school personnel practitioners throughout the State of Pennsylvania.”

Sultanik is a longtime collaborator with PASPA, which helps its Human Resources members maximize competencies through professional development activities and statewide resource networks. Fox is a proud Business Partner member of the organization.

Sultanik, a partner in the firm’s Blue Bell office and chair of the Education Law Group, concentrates his practice in personnel and labor relations for municipal and school entities. He represents many school entities as School Solicitor and previously negotiated one of the nation’s most sophisticated performance-based teachers’ contracts for the Colonial School District in suburban Philadelphia.

Sultanik has authored more than 135 published articles on education law and is a past president of the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association.
