Manny is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and advises companies throughout the Carolinas and nationally on matters of corporate governance, finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and private offerings of securities.
His experience spans an array of complex commercial and transactional matters, including business sales and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
Manny also has diverse experience in term loan and mezzanine financings, both on the borrower's and lender's side, connected with mergers, acquisitions and refinancing transactions.
For clients in the health care sector, Manny has advised on corporate transactions that are designed to improve patient care by working more closely with innovative companies. He has assisted large health care providers in negotiating terms and fostering relationships with outside, independent startups that enable the providers to deliver cutting-edge care.
Before Fox Rothschild
Manny was an associate at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP, which combined with Fox Rothschild in 2018. He also previously worked for a large New York law firm.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Manny is very active with the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. He serves on its Board of Directors and was selected for Leadership Greensboro, a yearlong citywide program designed to promote team building and leadership qualities.
Manny also serves on the Board of Greensboro Downtown Parks Inc., a nonprofit that serves as the executive management of Greensboro’s downtown parks.
In 2019, Manny began working with the Institute for Responsible Citizenship (I4RC), an organization that works to promote academic achievement among black male college students. Manny was asked to lead I4RC’s Collegiate Institute in Greensboro and will serve as a mentor to young men with the goal of guiding them to become future leaders in the Piedmont Triad area and beyond.
