Fox Rothschild Recognized By Chemistry Council of New Jersey

May 1, 2013 – Press Releases

As a testament to its commitment to organizations that enhance the work of its clients, Fox Rothschild LLP has been named the recipient of the Chairman’s Award by the Chemistry Council of New Jersey (CCNJ).

The award, which was bestowed at an April 29 event, is given to an associate member firm that has demonstrated a willingness to assist council members through their leadership, “sweat equity” and support throughout the year.

“We are honored to receive this award, which signifies our dedication to clients in the chemical industry and recognizes the close relationship we’ve established with the Chemistry Council,” said Kenneth Mack, partner in the firm’s Princeton office whose involvement in the organization for more than 25 years was instrumental to the award.

CCNJ serves as an advocate and voice for the business of chemistry and member companies in New Jersey, all of which are committed to a better quality of life through science. The firm has been a member since 1996.

Named as one of the leading environmental attorneys in New Jersey by Chambers USA, Mack assists clients in complex environmental, commercial and toxic tort litigation; and environmental aspects of real estate and commercial transactions. Mack has been included in a list of “Best Lawyers in America” for Environmental Law and Environmental Litigation (2007 to 2013).
