Biography
Epiphany’s practice focuses on medical malpractice, including the defense of:
- hospitals
- doctors
- nurses
Her experience also includes defense litigation, including premises liability and automobile negligence.
Before Fox Rothschild
Epiphany was of counsel to a local Atlantic City law firm for 11 years. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Raymond A. Batten, Cape May County, Family Division. In law school at Widener University, Epiphany participated in the Bankruptcy Internship and the Appellate Internship, where she clerked for the Hon. John E. Wallace.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Epiphany was appointed to the New Jersey Attorney Ethics Committee for a four-year term beginning in September 2006.
She has lectured on:
- UM/IUM insurer liability
- PIP statutory reform
- the application of Best Practices in the litigation arena
