Eric is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. He focuses his practice on real estate secured lending, commercial leasing; real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development; and other real estate matters.

He represents commercial landlords and tenants in connection with the negotiation of retail and office leases and lease modifications.

Eric also represents investors and developers in a variety of contexts, including the acquisition, disposition and management of commercial real estate; and representing lenders and borrowers in connection with the origination and modification of real estate term and construction loans.

Before Fox Rothschild

Eric was a partner at Greene Radovsky Maloney Share & Hennigh LLP, which combined with Fox Rothschild in 2021.

Before that, he was an associate with Dechert LLP, where he represented financial institutions, including life companies, CMBS lenders, CMBS master servicers, and private equity firms, in connection with the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans, and in connection with post-origination matters including loan assumptions, equity transfers, loan modifications and extensions, workouts, and loan sales.
