Eric S. Solotoff, a partner with Fox Rothschild LLP, has been selected for inclusion in “Ten Leaders in Matrimonial and Divorce Law in Northern New Jersey” by the Ten Leaders program - a long-term resource for licensed professionals in various practice areas and geographies.
Resident in the firm’s Roseland, New Jersey office, Solotoff is a member of Fox Rothschild’s Litigation Department and Family Law Practice Group. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. Throughout his career, Solotoff’s practice has focused on family law litigation and related matters, such as matrimonial actions, including complex matters involving valuation issues; custody, including high conflict matters; alimony and child support; equitable distribution; paternity; grandparent visitation; and a variety of other family law issues.
Solotoff was selected as a “Super Lawyer” in Family Law by New Jersey Monthly Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine in 2007 and 2008, and as a “Super Lawyer Rising Star” in 2006. In 2004, he was selected to the Ten Leaders’ “10 Leaders in Family Law in New Jersey Under the Age of 45" list.

Founded in 2002, Ten Leaders, which is operated by The Ten Leaders Cooperative of Reston, Va., and Fort Lee, New Jersey, is for experienced, licensed professionals in the areas of law, medicine, finance, architecture and technology. Ten Leaders groups are created on an invitation-only basis, and selections to the top ten are based on one-year and two-year searches through Google, Yahoo, newspaper and magazine promotional campaigns.
Standards for inclusion in the group include:
- degree of focus on a practice area
- number of years practicing in area of expertise (for law leaders, the minimum years of practice is 15)
- volume of client/patient work in a given practice area
- reputation among peer group
- leadership and written work on behalf of existing professional organizations, such as sections and committees of state professional organizations
