Erica focuses her practice on sophisticated estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift taxation, business succession planning and charitable planning.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Erica worked in the Estates & Personal Group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP for over five years, in the Wills and Succession Planning Group at Withers Bergman LLP for two years and as Counsel with Deener, Hirsch & Shramenko, P.C. for three years. Erica was the senior editor of the Law Review at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Erica co-authored the article, "Important Bills Pass Affecting Trusts, Estates," published in the New York Law Journal's Trusts and Estates Section in September 2001, and the article, "Provisions Codified on Making Trusts Non-Resident for Income Tax Purposes," in its March 2004 edition. She is on the Estate Planning and Estate and Trust Administration committees of the NYSBA. Erica is a lecturer for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
