It has been four years since the NJ Supreme Court instituted its Statewide Complex Business Litigation Program and two years since the court rules for the program were adopted. While proponents of the program say that it fulfills the directive of the Chief Justice to streamline and expedite service to litigants in complex business litigation, others argue that the rules are cumbersome and don’t take into account the practicalities of attempting to expedite litigation in these large, intricate cases.

At this December roundtable, our panel of seasoned business litigation attorneys and Business Court Judges will join together to engage in a collegial discussion that will delve into the best procedures for navigating the business courts as well as other late developments and important issues impacting business and commercial litigation practitioners. They’ll discuss the latest cases important to your practice, strategies that will help you pre-trial and during trial, case management techniques that will save your clients money, how to advance the partnership between in-house and outside counsel to result in the best legal representation, and more.

Experienced jurists and attorneys who are litigators and strategists will all come together to give you the benefit of their insight on the latest topics, cases and statutes important to your practice. Don’t miss it!
