Law Seminars International - Cloud Computing: Law, Risks and Opportunities
The Union League of PhiladelphiaPhiladelphia, PA

Cloud computing offers users cost savings, scalability, creativity, innovation and simplicity, all of which are especially appealing in an economy that forces tight budgeting. However, cloud computing also creates both operational and compliance risks. Those risks can best be mitigated, and corresponding unwanted expenses best avoided, through effective contracting and compliance efforts by both providers and users.

This timely seminar will explore different cloud computing service models and the challenges they pose. We will explore what cloud computing is, how it works and the benefits it offers.
