Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) Overview
The Family First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) was enacted March 18 and went into effect on April 1, 2020. This Act provides paid leave provisions through December 31, 2020, related to coronavirus-related issues, and many employers have extensive questions regarding the applicability of and compliance with FFCRA.
