GINA: The Next Frontier in Employment Discrimination

In May of 2008, the President signed the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act which amends portions of ERISA, the Public Health Service Act and the IRS code. Steven Ludwig, Partner in the Philadelphia office, will explore the legal implications of this act and highlight important aspects of this relatively new regulation.
This course has been approved for 1.0 substantive credits in California and Pennsylvania. This course has been approved for 1.2 substantive credit hours in New Jersey. 1.2 non-transitional professional practice credit hours will be awarded in New York as Pennsylvania and California are approved jurisdictions.
1.0 CLE credits in Delaware, Nevada or Florida will be available depending upon interest.
