This exclusive seminar designed for In-House Counsel is a 1/2-day program (8:00 am-1:00 pm, including breakfast and break) with attendants receiving 3-4 hours of CLE credits. Top-level attorneys from various law firms and fields of law in the region will present for an hour each (by firm) on specific topics/practice areas, including labor & employment, intellectual property and insurance law.

- Recent changes to federal disability discrimination law under the 'Americans With Disabilities Act' Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA) and the proposed regulations construing the ADAAA.
- What employers should do to prepare for the increased likelihood that they will be audited by the Department of Labor to determine if the have misclassified employees.
- The status of the proposed Employee Free Choice Act and related litigation.
- The potential overruling of years of National Labor Relations Board decisions and what they means for employers.
