Off to a Good Start (Up) is a Business Law course representing the start-up, formation to financing. The course will teach attendees how to best guide clients from the moment of initial contact through the myriad issues in beginning a start-up.

1:00 - 2:00: Employment Matters

3:15 - 4:15: Financing the Start-Up Part II: Sources of Financing
