The State of Women in Leadership

The events of 2020 have turned workplaces upside down. Under the highly challenging circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, many employees are struggling to do their jobs and retain their workforce as employees are balancing between being caregivers and managing children learning remotely. The crisis also represents an opportunity. To better understand the extent to which organizations are employing women in leadership positions.

  • How each represented organization creates a culture for women and how they support equal opportunity to achieve their potential over the long-term
  • Highlight any core corporate training programs and or initiatives that has supported women and career advancement/leadership
  • How common it is for women to be senior leaders within an organization
