Trading on Success: How Israeli Goods Can Find Their U.S. Market
29 Hamered Street
Tel Aviv, Israel
Fox Rothschild partner Leonard N. Budow will lead a discussion about how Israeli companies can succeed in bringing consumer goods to the U.S. market.
Using the example of Israeli firm Soda Stream and its co-venture with Williams-Sonoma, this seminar will explore winning business strategies and the specific challenges in coming to America.
Leonard, who chairs Fox Rothschild’s Fashion Law Practice Group, will focus on the key legal concerns for any business planning to launch in the United States, including taxation, entity structure, intellectual property, real estate and the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
The seminar closes with a Q&A panel that will touch on purchasing processes and trends, immigration and visa rules, with additional insights from a representative of Kimberly-Clark’s Global Digital Innovation Lab.
