George is an attorney in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department who represents clients in matters involving tax and wealth transfer planning, business transactions and disputes involving trusts and estates.
George handles a wide range of fiduciary litigation, representing companies and individuals in Civil and Orphans’ Court matters, including breach of fiduciary duty actions, will contests, trust disputes, guardianship actions and various other controversies involving trust and estate administration. He also frequently represents trustees and trust beneficiaries in relation to non-judicial settlement agreements. In addition, George represents and advises individuals, beneficiaries and fiduciaries in all aspects of estate planning, administration and settlement.
He also has experience representing businesses in commercial and insurance litigation.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, George was an associate in the Philadelphia office of an international law firm. He also worked as an associate at two Mid-Atlantic law firms and as a law clerk to Judge C. Theodore Fritsch of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
