Prince Thomas Named New Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild’s Diversity Committee

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce new co-chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee:

Thomas succeeds:

  • Marilou E. Watson – Blue Bell, PA
  • Gregory B. Williams – Wilmington, DE

Fox Rothschild’s Diversity Committee spearheads initiatives to promote firm-wide diversity and inclusiveness. The committee is comprised of attorneys and other professionals within the firm’s national network of offices who offer a variety of insights into successfully incorporating diversity throughout the firm.

“Diversity is integral to the culture at Fox, and Marilou and Greg pioneered many firmwide programs that helped move our diversity initiatives forward,” said Mark L. Thomas is one of the Fox Rothschild members on the Board of the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group (PDLG) and a member of the Board of the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project, which provides bankruptcy counseling to the indigent. He previously chaired the Minority Bar Committee (MBC) of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is the current co-chair of the MBC Community Outreach Subcommittee. He was recently cited for his six years of service as a member of the Board of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

Thomas’ practice involves debtors’ and creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, representation of individuals and businesses with federal, state, and local tax compliance issues, school district tax claims in bankruptcy, representation of student loan lenders and guarantors, representation of commercial and real estate lessors and title insurance company claims in bankruptcy, civil and commercial litigation.
