Hall represents clients in taxation matters, wealth transfer planning and business transactions. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to assisting individuals, trusts and business entities with estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, including complex wills and revocable trusts. Hall assists personal representatives and beneficiaries during the estate administration process and is involved with the modification, reformation and termination of irrevocable trusts.
Hall also assists clients in the formation of nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, applications for recognition of exemption and preservation of tax-exempt status. Additionally, he has experience in employee benefit matters and business succession planning.
Before Fox Rothschild
Hall was an associate at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP, which combined with Fox Rothschild in 2018.
While in law school, he received the Arthur B. Custy Tax Award.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Hall served as workplace campaign coordinator for United Way of Greenville County in its 2015 Campaign and was a loaned executive to the organization for its 2013 Campaign.
